double release day + tiny updates

april 10th brings us two new releases:

- cjb - mourningdove EP, a long-awaited debut, great shoegazy post-rock folktronica

- Night Folk / Orthicon split, cool ambient/drone works

also added "also known as" notes for aliases of artists and fixed some visual stuff

new releases

should've done this earlier tbh

bunch of new stuff came in the first quarter of 2026 so far, everything listed you can listen to in the 'releases' section:

- ELATION - TAKE THE LEMON single, hell yeah we can make some lemonade now

- biz/interception - alpha/composite, special triple EP featuring essentially a 4-track-each split plus 4 tracks of a collab of ht's interception and biz, the honorary ht member-otter. plenty of copies on CDr still available so far!

- feldmark - Motu Maha, not by any means an april fools joke and a beautiful work of ambient that manages to overshoot the limits of the CD format and just barely makes it into a C90 tape (yes, these hold more than 90 min), may have physical copies available in the future!

stay tuned for the stuff we put out in the future, perhaps a compilation or something

site update: webloops, themes

finally got around to do a basic beta version of the webloop player (we've had these webloops since around august, nearest time for them to see the light of day...)

also you can press the light switch on the header to turn the lights on (and possibly burn your eyes? though thanks to yesteryear's excellent color selection this may not be a side effect)

hometronica comp now on streaming

had to wait like a month for this but it's been approved and is already on spotify and apple music, more platforms to follow soon. we should also start with the physical run in the near future.
